MTA, Gov. Cuomo & Mayor Bloomberg: Consider public transit closed until you hear otherwise. WNYC’s Transit Tracker will be updated with any change.  Aside: some bus service may be restored as early as this afternoon; should be active tomorrow when roads are cleared. Any buses that are running will be free Tuesday (10/30) & Wednesday (10/31).
